Two houses. One roof.
Steam Distillery and Diamond House BBQ join forces in downtown Grants Pass — craft cocktails and house-smoked barbecue as a single full-service restaurant and bar.
Some stories — like barbecue and bourbon — take time. Steam Distillery brought steampunk craft, house spirits, and a bar program built for memorable pours. Diamond House BBQ brought the pit: low-and-slow meats, Southern sides, and catering that feeds a crowd.
Together at 234 SW 5th Street, Grants Pass, OR 97526, we are building a unified experience — not two menus stapled together, but one restaurant where smoke and spirit share the table.
Distillery tours, tastings, and bottle sales will return in a later chapter. For now, the focus is simple: full-service food and drink, private events, catering, and hospitality that feels like Grants Pass.
